I havent tried this one yet, but i assume you find some thin/small feathers, place it on your wet base polish then seal it with some clear polish? Whatever the case may be i am sooooooo giving this a go! I must say, i am quite impressed with all the creativity going towards your average nail designs. Keep up the good work all you nail fashionista's!
